Christine Cushing has a passion for food. On each episode of Life Network's 'Dish It Out," chef Christine shares that passion and shows viewers that they don't have to go out to enjoy gourmet food.

Dish It Out, the cookbook, contains all the recipes that Christine's viewers love, and much more! In keeping with the show's raison d'être, it features fabulous food that is fast and easy to prepare, like quick-and-easy Cordon Bleu.

The recipes range from traditionally simple to ethnically diverse; some are vegetarian, and all are healthy. Throughout, Christine imparts interesting tips and fascinating food facts she has learned in her many years in the food and restaurant industry. Some of what's included in this cookbook:

About the Author
Christine Cushing graduated at the top of her class in Grande Diplome at Ècole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris, France. A twelve-year veteran of the food industry, Christine has worked in the kitchens of the Four Seasons Hotel and Scaramouche Restaurant in Toronto, taught classes, and developed recipes for King Ranch Health Spa, Ace Bakery and Starbucks Coffee. She owns The Food Group, which specializes in food styling and recipe development and runs her own cooking school, Cooking Chez Toi.
