About the Authors:
Pamela Steel is a chef and author of six cookbooks, including the upcoming Nice Timing, based on her President's Choice Magazine column. She lives in Waterloo, Ontario with her husband and son.

Brigit Legere Binns is a food writer and consultant. She has tested and developed recipes for several cookbooks, and is the author of Polenta. A graduate of one of the top cooking schools in the United Kingdom, she has also owned her own catering business. She lives in Venice, California.
