About the Author
Ken Kostick is the co-host, creator and executive producer of the popular cooking show 'What's for Dinner?," which has aired on Life Network since 1994 and on Global TV since 1995. Ken is also the author of three best-selling cookbooks including What's for Dinner?, Ken Kostick's What's for Dinner? Cooks Low Fat, and Ken Kostick's Island Cookbook.

Ken is a tireless promoter who tours across Canada appearing at fund-raisers and charity events. He is regularly featured on numerous radio and TV talk shows including 'Pamela Wallin Live" and "Open Mike with Mike Bullard." Besides performing in the Rainbow Stage's sold-out run of Crazy For You, he has been twice-nominated for a Gemini award.
