Chapter 7 Process Descriptions and Instructions-Internet Exercise

Go to any college or university Web site, and investigate a program that interests you. Please complete the following questions:

1. Describe the process of navigating the Web site to find information about the program. Please name and explain the sequence of steps (starting from the school's home page) a person must follow to find the information effectively. Also, explain in the steps how to find information such as program descriptions, employment opportunities, admission requirements, and application procedures.
2. Convert the process description to a set of instructions. Use the guidelines discussed in Chapter 6 to make the instructions different from the process description created in the previous question.
